January Superhero of the Month!

Meet our Superhero of the Month for January: Lorraine Bushey

Our incredible and first superhero of the month for 2020 is Lorriane Bushey!

Lorraine has been with Mo-Mentum Fitness for several years now and there are so many reasons why she has been elected Mo-Mentum’s superhero of the month that I may not get them all in this one article!

Lorraine has always been a consistent member of Mo-Mentum Fitness. Exercising is in her blood.

Mo-Mentum is a close knit community and about a year ago we noticed Lorraine shared with me that she was struggling in her life. This is not unusual in that we all experience difficult times in our lives.

Today I know Lorraine’s life is better for those very same struggles she has overcome and we are fortunate to have been a part of her solution to support her AND to be inspired by her.

I believe too often when we struggle in life, we view our struggles as weaknesses, we feel embarrassed and way too often we avoid facing struggle all together. Lorraine is an example of the opposite. She had the courage to lean in to her struggles. She inspired all of us with her tenacity, courage and strength. One of the most crucial elements of Lorraine’s success in overcoming her recent life obstacle was fitness and community.

Lorraine continues to utilize fitness to align her mind and body, to increase her vitality and to live extraordinary. She is such an incredible example of how fitness, community and mindset are essential to creating your most extraordinary life.

Thank you for sharing your story with us Lorraine and for inspiring more people than I believe you are aware of, with your inner strength, courage and your contagious smile and energy.

We love you girl and we’re so proud to get to call you the Mo-Mentum Fitness Super Hero of January 2020.

Q & A with our Superhero herself:

Q- Describe what your life (and your health) was like before Mo-Mentum.

A- I have worked out most of my adult like, but I was not healthy in some important ways. Mo-Mentum allowed me to focus on getting a healthy mind and body because of class variety and time variety.

Q- Was there ever a low point or an experience that made your priorities change?

A- Yes, I have gone through ups and downs, just like everybody does, but Mo-Mentum has provided me the opportunity to work out my low points in my exercise and feel much better.

A- I came to Mo-Mentum to work out with my Girlfriends, and we have all stayed.

Q- Let’s focus in on the blood work. What kind of changes have you seen? What do these changes mean for you lifestyle, longevity, finances, etc.?

A- I just had a physical and my bloodwork just continues to be healthier and healthier, and all is normal!.

Mo-Mentum’s Core Values Include:
