Our New Year, New You Challenge is a 6-week team challenge (that you can join in-person or virtually). This challenge will help you transform your body (lose weight and tone your muscles), refresh your mindset, upgrade your eating and sleep habits, as well as help you set goals for the upcoming year, as well as your whole life! It is the perfect chance to start 2021 out on the right foot, putting yourself first!
