I have a Master of Science in Exercise Science, I am a Precision Nutrition certified professional, and I’ve been a fitness professional, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor for over 25 years.  I’m a lifelong research geek, and that combined with my passion for helping people create their most extraordinary lives, beginning with healthy movement, nutrition, and mindset allows me to provide my clients with the most up-to-date and accurate nutritional information.  

 

The goal of the Mo-Mentum Nutrition Guidance Program is to provide you with facts, teach you what healthy eating looks like, and help you incorporate the best and most doable nutrition habits into your life for you and your family. My goal over the 12 weeks that we work together is to teach you and help you develop sustainable lifestyle habits that accommodate your crazy, busy life so you can lose fat and keep it off for good.
