Superhero of the Month – David & Miranda
David and Miranda have come a long way. Both have seen great improvements in stamina, skill, and strength. They truly put in the effort to make healthy habits a part of daily life. I look forward to seeing them both on a Spartan Race course sometime in the near future.

Q & A
Meet David & Miranda, Mo-Mentum Fitness’s Superhero of November! They are definitely a superhero!
Describe what your life (and your health) was like before fitness
“ Our days were sluggish. Soft. Lacking the energy to keep up with our young child and the stress of our jobs.“
Was there ever a low point or an experience that made your priorities change?
“There wasn’t so much as a low point as much as there was a change in attitude. “Time to get these bodies on the right track. Time to feel better, increase energy and become stronger“
How did fitness come into your life (or back into your life)?
“Co-workers got me started working out, once a week. I hated it at first because the trainer did not create workouts that someone at my level could handle. I was always overexerting myself and feeling tired and defeated (and sick) after the workouts. Then I tried Adrian and he really paid attention to me and what I could and could not handle. After seeing my results, my husband also joined our workouts.“
What kind of results have you seen since starting a regular fitness program?
“Huge results thanks to Adrian and Mo-Mentum. More energy. Less stress. More strength. More endurance. In many ways a new attitude. More aware of our bodies – continue to build confidence as we become more fit.“
Why do you make fitness a priority in your life?
“Fitness isn’t a priority as much as it is now a consistent and on going part of our life. We’ve made it part of our daily routine. We look forward to our time together at Mo-Mentum… pushing ourselves to be better with each session. We like the results that we’ve seen and want to continue to see more..”
These days, what makes you truly happy and feel at peace?
“Naps. Tacos. Time with the family.“
How do you feel compared to 1 year ago?
“Feel 100% stronger and more capable. We have increased energy, strength and focus to handle anything tossed at us.“
