Our Super Hero Of The Month is Czar Moskaira! This man has touched many people’s hearts at Mo-Mentum. Not only is he one of the kindest people you will ever meet, he is also passionately driven to create a healthy, happy and successful life for himself and his two daughters.
Czar joined Mo-Mentum Fitness to maintain his fitness, because he liked the variety of team training classes and to keep his sanity (he is a single father of two teenage daughters!) Like many of our members, Czar started out fairly reserved but now you can hear his laughter throughout the gym. We now have “Czarisms,” which are “and then some” boxing drills and circuit ideas that come directly from Czar working with his partners (during partner training) to help them increase the intensity of their workouts.
Did you know that Czar has lost over 100 pounds and continues to lose more fat and gain muscle? He is a true inspiration and super hero every day. Congrats, Czar!

How long have you worked out at Mo-Mentum Fitness?
I have been working out at Mo-Mentum for the past 8 months. I heard about the gym through a friend who told me about the famous spin classes. I took one class and was hooked
Why did you start working out with Mo-Mentum Fitness?
I felt at home from the time I joined Mo-Mentum. Everybody’s welcoming and friendly and it felt like a second home without the drama. The most important part is all the instructors make sure you are working towards your goals and focus on your form so you don’t injure yourself. That is unheard of at a gym!
How has working out at Mo-Mentum Fitness helped impact your life?
Working out has helped me a lot with my health, strength, not to mention my physical and mental toughness. I am more confident and my stress level is almost gone. I have learned a lot about how to manage stress which is a huge plus.
How has working helped you in other ways?
Overall, I feel better and confident knowing that I have the tools within myself to obtain my goals in life. I feel that I already have a head start just by having the energy, discipline, and mental strength to do it.
What is your favorite healthy snack?
I like fruit, nuts, and lots of veggies.
What health and/or fitness goal are you most proud of achieving?
I’m living a healthier lifestyle PLUS the physical and mental transformation.
